Each of our Wagyu are massaged regularly and live a stress-free life in one of our farms in East Texas. Grass & Grain fed since birth. With purchase, you will receive a certificate of authentication.

Bone in Ribeye steaks (1 in): 6
Sirloin Cap On steaks (1 in): 2
New York strips (1 in): 6
Filet mignons (2 in): 4
Assorted cuts ( Whole Flank, Whole Coulotte, Tri-tip, Sirloin flap, flat iron, brisket, teres major): 3 (*Please provide your preferences in comments and we will try to accommodate you.)
