The Ultimate Sampler is back! There is something for everybody in this one!  Each of our boxes contains approximately 20lbs of highly marbled Texas-raised 100% full-blood Japanese Wagyu beef.  BMS 9-12

• 1 Bone in Ribeye Steak 

• 1 Filet

• 1 Sirloin or Chuck Eye Steak 

• 1 lb sliced Denver steaks

• 8 lb Ground Beef  (in 2 lb packages)

• 2 lb Beef Short Rib Bacon

• 3-4 lb Roast (Loin tip, Chuck eye, or Rump)

• 2 lb Summer Sausage

All beef is shipped frozen. Some thawing is normal during shipment.
